Booking & Payment
How do I book and pay?
Click "Book a Bay" and follow the instructions. Payment is made at the time of your booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
How many days in advance can I book?
Non-members can book up to 7 days in advance. Members can book up to 10 days in advance.
Can I play late at night?
Yes. Late Night (12 AM - 6 AM) is available by booking before 9 PM the same day.
We are closed from 6 AM to 9 AM.
Do you charge per person or per bay?
Our rates are per bay. We allow up to 4 guests per bay. Guests under 18 need a supervising adult.
Do holidays cost more?
Holidays are charged at the weekend rate, even when they fall on a weekday.
How do I cancel and rebook?
Cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before the start of your booking. After that, all bookings are final and no refunds are permitted. All cancellations are subject to a 4% administration fee; a waiver is at the sole discretion of Gutta Golf. There are no refunds for no-shows.
Email your request to info@guttagolf.ca with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include a copy of your booking confirmation email. Requests with missing information will not be processed.

Which simulator do you use?
Our bays run SG Golf FieldX, the latest Korean SG Golf system: 553 real courses, a curved screen, shot data on the hitting mat, a 3D swing plate, and putting and approach practice modes.
Who is the golf simulator for?
Our simulators are perfect for all skill levels and for family fun.
How long does it take to play 18 holes?
It depends on the number of players and their skill level. Beginner: up to 4 hours. Intermediate: 3 to 3.5 hours. Advanced: about 3 hours.
How much does 18 holes cost?
Bays are charged by the hour, so 18 holes costs your hourly rate times the time you play. See the Rates page for current prices.
Do you have staff on site?
Yes, our staff is available during business hours (9 AM - 12 AM).
Can I host a private or corporate event?
Yes, we welcome tournaments and events of any kind. Email info@guttagolf.ca to arrange one.
Facility Rules & Guidelines
Is parking free?
Yes, all players have access to free parking.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Light food and drinks are permitted. No alcohol is to be consumed inside the facility. Please keep food and drink away from the hitting area and computers, and keep the bays clean.
Can I smoke or vape in the facility?
No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Violators may be liable for compensation if any damage is found.
Can I use my own golf balls?
No. Personal balls often give inaccurate data, and if the screen is damaged by them you will be required to pay compensation.

How can I get a lesson?

Can I bring my own instructor?
Yes, but please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Are your instructors always on site?
Our instructors are on site, but please book a lesson in advance to guarantee their availability.
Do all instructors charge the same rate?
Yes, all of our instructors have the same lesson pricing.
